Thanks to Conservative councillors, Blossoms Field in Wash Common was equipped with new playground equipment to be followed by Fifth Road and new areas at Cresswell Road and Cromwell Road. Very soon a new mini-scooter park will be constructed near the Riverside Community Youth Shelter.
